First line of both main.py and createui.py (located @ /usr/share/gdecrypt) should be changed from:
#!/usr/bin/env python2.5 to: #!/usr/bin/env python2.6 It could help people with hal package installed. However hal is deprecated in Ubuntu 10.04. -- gdecrypt does not start - window appears for a blink, thats it.
