** Description changed: Binary package hint: openoffice.org When saving an existing file stored on a cifs share, OOo creates an empty file with the same name except an incremental number just before the .xxxwriter, impress an calc at least are impacted. SO if you are editing a document called MyDoc.odt, on save a document MyDoc0.odt with size 0 is created along with the saved document. When you press save again another is created with name Mydoc1.odt with size 0. This is the same bug as reported on http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=575899 It occurs first in OO 3.2.0. I have OO on client side (beta2) Kubuntu Lucid 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu3, on host side Samba (3.4.5) in Debian Squeeze.
