I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with Ubuntu One. Can you please run the following script from http://people.canonical.com/~roman.yepishev/ubuntuone-scripts/ubuntuone- account-info - this script will output the information that we require to identify your account and perform recovery of your deleted files. To run the script open a terminal window (Applications --> Accessories --> Terminal) and run the following commands:
1. wget http://people.canonical.com/~roman.yepishev/ubuntuone-scripts /ubuntuone-account-info 2. python ubuntuone-account-info Could you please provide the output of ubuntuone-account-info so that we can start recovery process. It would be great if you could provide the logs for syncdaemon activity from ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log - they may help to determine the reason of such behavior. You can attach the logs to this bug report using the 'Add Attachment or Patch' button at the bottom of the page. Just zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here. You can zip the folder by right-clicking on it and selecting compress. After you attach the logs or make further comments please change the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new status in the drop down box. I am setting this bug report to "Private" as we have asked for details of your account.
