I've tested the following kernels besides the default released kernel (2.6.32-22-generic) -- are they sufficient for upstream testing purposes? 2.6.34-999-generic #201005101206 x86_64 2.6.34-020634rc7-generic All 3 kernels exhibit the lock up. The kern.log attached in a previous message has more detailed info. The listed kernels both yield an entry in kern.log about a minute before the lockup, whereas 2.6.32-22-generic never yields an entry before the lockup. I'm happy to test the 'current' kernel build, please let me know: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/daily/current/ -- Lucid freezes, forcing hard reboot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/578457 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
