** Description changed: Binary package hint: nautilus When the user right-clicks on a pendrive at the Desktop, they are given two options: Eject Safely Remove It is not at all clear to the newbie what these are doing and why they would be different at all. Besides, for the experienced user, the simple "Unmount" option no longer exists. Further, and the partition being "Ejected" or "Safely Removed" are misleading actions: - - Ubuntu won't "eject" my USB, will it? - - If the user regrets later on and wants to reopen the pendrive, they can't. With Eject it even desappears from /dev, and with Safely Remove you still get /dev/sdn but not /dev/sdnx + - Ubuntu won't "eject" my USB, will it? + - If the user regrets later on and wants to reopen the pendrive, they can't.
