Same problem with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and tracker 0.6.95-1ubuntu6. See also
similar bug #369428 "Can not enable indexing" and bug #231478 "Could
not connect to search service as it may be busy".
Tracker starts when started with '/usr/lib/tracker/trackerd'.
