Note: to reproduce the bug, execute the following commands in a
terminal:
locale-gen tr_TR.UTF-8
export LANG=tr_TR.UTF-8
sudo update-software-center
Expected result: no output.
Current result: a large number of warnings like the following:
WARNING:root:error processing: /usr/share/app-install/desktop/tryton.desktop
'WEIGHT_DESKTOP_GENERiCNAME'

update-software-center does not work properly in Turkish locales
