Public bug reported:

System is a Thinkpad T410 with 6050 series chipset (no microcode yet) so
external ALFA AWUS036H wifi adapter is being used. Ubuntu version is
10.04 with 2.6.32-22-generic kernel.

Adapter works fine until resuming from a suspend (opening the laptop
lid). At this point a reboot is required to get the adapter working
again. Bug report was filed from the pre-suspend state, but post-
suspend diagnostics will be attached.

Possibly key dmesg lines (after resume):

Also noteworthy is that lsusb stops listing the adapter after resume.
