Hi I agree this is likey coming from a configuration, however gdm appears to be configured to enable the correct settings, I've swapped gtk and gdm themes to see if they make a difference. I agree this is a low priority but if this does turn out to be a bug perhaps say with a downloaded update then this could effect more people.
