I see you're using 64-bit. For me this worked: remove the flashplayer with synaptic, download the 64bit flash player (alpha version) from here http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10_64bit.html . Extract it and move it to /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins, restart Firefox and it should be fixed.
