Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. unfortunately, usb-creator was not designed to handle the
corner case you have described, and it is unlikely that this will change
for the forseeable future. This was designed this way on purpose, to
keep it as simple as possible.

A possible suggestion would be to simply install Ubuntu to the selected
partition, not actually using usb creator to put the live install ISO on
it. Obviously this would involve some fiddling with your boot loader to
add the other partitions with OS's on them.
