I was finally able to upgrade to Lucid: $ soffice -no-oosplash -calc somefile.xls [...] terminate called after throwing an instance of 'com::sun::star::uno::RuntimeException' while $ soffice -nologo -calc somefile.xls loads fine. The same for s/soffice/oocalc/.
/etc/mailcap contains -no-oosplash in all soffice lines, no -nologo. (The file is dated from the day of the upgrade.) So /etc/mailcap and openoffice still don't go together well. Versions now are: Ubuntu 10.04, OO 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4. -- soffice crashes when called from mutt (using mailcap entry) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/506399 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
