Public bug reported: Hello i've installed fglrx proprietary driver for my ATI HD3450. It happens that when, with those drivers enabled, waking from suspend all windows and even mouse get moving slowly and with glitches.
I've found that changing desktop resolution and reverting back seems to fix the issue. I'm running an upgraded to latest packages ubuntu (which means, i've just done dist-upgrade with no solved issue). The opened driver does not have this problem.
