Unfortunately there is no debugging information in the log file you have attached. In order for us to help debug this issue further, please copy some files into your Ubuntu One Folder & let Ubuntu One run for a while. Then attach your ubuntuone logs to this bug. Please zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.
Note that attaching your logs will show filenames you are attempting to sync with Ubuntu One.
