This kind of solved my issue, i used Alf's PPA and im having some better results now than before. For sure the minimize, maximize, enlarge, tab and all that was fixed. With the PPA from Alf i could "not use the computer" for over 1 minute, which i havent been able to do since i've had linux on my laptop (almost 2 years now). Its a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Xi 2550 (HD Mobility Radeon 2700 (or 2600 as in linux)).
