Can you please try the following and let me know the results?

1. Backup your $HOME/Ubuntu One folder. This can be done by running the
following commands in a terminal window (Applications > Accessories >
Terminal) :

mv ~/Ubuntu\ One/ ~/Ubuntu\ One_old/
mkdir  ~/Ubuntu\ One/


2. Quit the Ubuntu One syncdaemon.

u1sdtool -q


3. Delete the old metadata.
 
rm -rf ~/.local/share/ubuntuone


4. Start Ubuntu One as you normally would System > Preferences > Ubuntu One

You should be connected after you follow these steps. If you are not
connected, can you please attach your Ubuntu One logs to this bug
report? Please zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach
the zip here.?
