Jeremy, Per instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds,
I installed: Index of /~kernel-ppa/mainline/drm-next/current linux-image-2.6.34-996-generic_2.6.34-996.201005071007_i386.deb 07-May-2010 12:09 30M I can boot, but I get a terminal. I can log in, but I don't know what to do next. I don't know how to start suspend-to-ram, or to start a GUI interface. Normally, Fn-F2 will start suspend-to-ram, but it does nothing in this case. For test to be valid, I guess Gnome and all the graphical stuff, network connection, has to be running. -df -- [HP-Pavilion NY801AV-ABA p6100z] late resume failure [non-free: nvidia] https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575482 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
