I still can't believe nobody cares about this. Making a valid signature is a 
requirement for any release, and should only take a couple of minutes to do. 
This should go right up to chain of command to the "President of Ubuntu", but i 
can't figure out how to draw some attention to this critical issue.
If i don't here within 24 hours, i'm sorry for inconvenience, if any, but i'm 
going to log another bug and mark it as a security issue (apparently marking as 
a security issue can only be done when entering a new bug).
