Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

When I click on the shutdown-icon in the top right corner and then
choose either "Shutdown" or "Restart" it looks like the system would
either shutdown or restart. But it then just goes to the login screen.

Syslog shows the following:
gnome-session[1243]: WARNING: Unable to restart system: Not Authorized

Shutdown via Terminal does work!

This bug may be connected to Bug #574325. Like Bug #574325 it does not
appear always but both bugs always happen at the same time.

Please tell me if you need any more information.
