Thankyou for attaching the requested logs. I notice that you are
experiencing SYS_HANDSHAKE_TIMEOUT &
TANDOFF_WAITING_WITH_NETWORK_WITH_METAQ. Unfortunately these error
messages are related to the current excess server load that is currently
being experienced. Please note that the U1 team are working on this
server load/ balancing issue.

If you see the STANDOFF errors in your syncdaemon.log, you can reset the
syncdaemon by running the following command from a terminal window:
"killall ubuntuone-login && killall ubuntuone-syncdaemon && killall
ubuntuone-client-applet" (without the quotes).

Then run ubuntu one Applications --> Internet --> Ubuntu One
