Hi PaulK1966, Thank you for confirming my bug. Your description of the symptoms you experienced parallel mine, so I will mark the bug as confirmed. This has happened to me once again today. As this computer did not have an active ssh server, I was not able to log into it remotely and turn it off. I had to force a reboot. As I was in the middle of a session, all unsaved data was lost and fsck took ~10 minutes to correct issues on the 8GB disk at boot. I was inconvenienced and unable to access my computer when I needed it the most. The risk of data loss and possible filesystem corruption from an untended computer is quite unfortunate and seems serious enough. However I find it odd that there are not more reports of this occurring.
