Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Upgraded to Lucid, clean install - battery indicator is sitting at 99.0% after a full discharge (that happened because I hibernated my laptop, but for some reason it woke up after, drained all battery, and died). Been at 99% for a while now. My battery isn't new, about two years now, so it's expected that it won't charge to 100% of the manufacturers original specification... but this was no problem in karmic.
