The link you gave me only contains DVD iso. I checked from releases.ubuntu.com and the md5sum of my cd is the same as the one of the site. I hope that's still good. About the mainline kernel I don't understand how i can load it from a live CD, because it seems to need GRUB to choose which of the kernel I want. I would do the apport collect soon. Arthur.
