What a shame.... Ubuntu it great, and the Ubuntu 1 is a great idea. Such a shame that it just doesn't work. Sadly I think many new comers will loose trust straight away. This should have been fixed before releasing 10.04. I normally buy my music through play.com, but as Ubuntu 1 was exactly the same price I thought I'd try with this. This for me is the worst mistake you've made. I hope you get it fixed soon. In the mean time I've left everything as it is, so hopefully when the bug is fixed all my songs will magically sync.
