I'm sorry I didn't provide more information at this point, as I am quite
puzzled how to trace down the problem. Please tell me what you need and
I'll gladly provide the information.

** Description changed:

  Summary:
- Keyboard shortcuts do not work (eg Alt+F2), but also all others.
+ Keyboard shortcuts do not work (eg Alt+F2), but also all others. They worked
perfectly fine with karmic, but not with lucid.
+ Things like Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V PgUp and PgDown work, but not the Alt+Fx,
Insert, PrtScr, Pause, Break.
+
+ I did not change the keyboard or the configuration of the shortcuts
+ after the upgrade.

  What I expected:
The action I assigned to run (eg the "run application" dialog).

  What happens:
  Nothing.
