I have uploaded these two videos to help people understand what's
happening... They are videos of me running speed tests, with Gnome's
system monitor opened up so you can view the network activity history.

This first test is without a bittorrent application open. Notice how the 
connection comes and goes in random spurts. Anywhere from absolutely no data 
being received, to over 1MB/s.

Now this next video is with qbittorrent open, and I'm downloading/seeding some 
random Ubuntu .iso's. The connection stays solid the entire time.

I feel as though I should also mention, there never appears to be an
issue with my laptop sending data, only receiving data. I've noticed
this several times during file sharing with other computers on the
network and gaming with other computers online or on the network.
