I have uploaded these two videos to help people understand what's happening... They are videos of me running speed tests, with Gnome's system monitor opened up so you can view the network activity history.
This first test is without a bittorrent application open. Notice how the connection comes and goes in random spurts. Anywhere from absolutely no data being received, to over 1MB/s. http://darkstang.com/vids/no-qb-test.ogv Now this next video is with qbittorrent open, and I'm downloading/seeding some random Ubuntu .iso's. The connection stays solid the entire time. http://darkstang.com/vids/with-qb-test.ogv I feel as though I should also mention, there never appears to be an issue with my laptop sending data, only receiving data. I've noticed this several times during file sharing with other computers on the network and gaming with other computers online or on the network. -- ath9k driver not working properly with AR9285 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/518818 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
