Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: terminator

Terminator loses focus (neither of the panes have it) after the following:
1. Split pane (direction doesn't matter). Let's call the original pane A, the
new one B.
2. Split pane B (the new one be C).
3. Move to pane A.
4. Close pane A (Ctrl-D).

The two panels B and C remain, but neither has focus.
