@Scott James Remnant I am not sure why you refer to connman, but I am on ubuntu Lucid (Kubuntu 9.10 => 10.04 now) and I have nnot connman installed, but ifupdown. See also BUG 569796 for additional data about my configuration. I think it needs to be reopened until it is clearly explained if I ifupdown is superseded or I have some misconfiguration in dhclient*
