Some people propose disabling the quick-starter feature, because it is not 
supported upstream on linux ...
BUT
this would bring longer start-up times and this would not be good news for 
users who open frequently lots of oo documents.
AN IDEA
Would not be a chance to implement some particular killing command for Restart 
/ Shut down procedures?
