Is there anyway Canonical can be clear to tell people do NOT upgrade to
Lucid when it first comes out? For a year there I bought for my friends
and relatives (or had them buy) about 12 1000H EEEs. Running Netbook
remix has been a dream and I've had to do almost zero support for any of
these people.

IMHO, its better to be very clear and upfront than have someone go
through the process and have their laptops stop functioning.
