I can confirm this bug. In addition to the above, I have found the displays also reset every time the screensaver comes on. In the course of a day I am finding myself reconfiguring my displays in upwards of 50 times a day. Bug did not exist in 9.10 (display settings were indeed remembered correctly and were not reset).
