Evolution's Exchange plugin is broken for Exchange 2007+, so there really is no reason to use Evolution anymore.
I'm using DavMail + Thunderbird + Lightning to talk to Exchange at work, and (IMO) it's a much happier experience than using Outlook on Windows. The only piece of the puzzle missing is the indicator applet.
