The problem with this bug report you opened, is that it doesn't show the problem and tries to find a solution, but gives a solution as the only thing may happen. as i said in my blog post, and as i was backuped, the Terminal is NOT supposed to support RTL languages, as it is not for dummy users, but for more advanced. the real solution is to find a way removing all language translations from the CLI.
