I agree with Stephen and boxackt. This is an extremely (to say the least) annoying bug, and should not be of low importance.
Marco, I tried your fix and it didn't work for me... no idea why. As a side note, perhaps this does not have anything to do with the discussion, but I am unable to access the same server using RDC through Terminal Server Client. Although this is a different bug, it seems related because it does not accept my username and password.
