Yes, it is reproducible, and I already wrote how to reproduce it:
>* Create empty "foo" file on desktop
>* Add it to "foo.tar.xz" archive
>* Open it in File Roller
>* Create new "bar" file on desktop
>* Drag-and-drop it to archive
>File roller will add "bar", but it will delete "foo" file from there.
This bug affects only .tar.xz archives. It also reproduces when the archive is 
in home folder, so my previous suppose was incorrect.
