I'm not that happy bout perltidy and libperl-critic-perl; they are complex packages for a very small rationale (a simple number comparison package "libperl-minimumversions-perl"). We should have fixed that silly dependency in libperl-minimumversions-perl instead of accepting this ridiculously heavy dependency chain, but it's too late for lucid now. They have test cases and are appropriately maintained in Debian, and were pre-promoted to get lucid into shape, so let's keep it that way for now.
