C10uD, I can't find her now, she not login so often and I don't know when she will log in again. Anyway, on windows msn I have not a problem with that and as far as I know she use msn messenger, just not sure which messenger and OS version. Or at least she was using it the last time I asked her about, like about 5 years ago. I don't think she has a virus because I don't get any message regarding those viruses, you know, those that tells you that they saw a picture of you and post a link to the virus or similar disclaimers that people insist to follow and infect themselves.
But I saw this error message happens all the time, not only when she comes online. And now I have disabled the error showing so I don't know when it happens.
