[Bug 565185] [NEW] the xx16.png's are scaled to large

Binary package hint: plymouth

While it's certainly possible I'm missing the intention here it seems
the new set of .png's, (16) are for use with the restricted drivers such
as nvidia-current, and the orig.'s with the opensource such as nouveau.

If so then they should be scaled down and they will actually look pretty good. 
How much is not exactly clear, here on a 23" screen I've scaled them to 87x23 
for the logo and 10x10 for the dots and it looks fairly good.
I would think 50% at the very least.
