The booting issues are quite differents and are linked to other issues. Yeah, the last netbook-launcher wasn't to fix that. The report is still incomplete because I can't reproduce it there. I tried numerous time with different config and laptop and I don't have that. Some people in QA tried too… (complete is only set when there is enough info to debug, which isn't the case there).
Can you try with the guest session as previously reported? (it's in the session menu). Also, can you try a live usb key to see if it occurs there too?
