Public bug reported:

My system has a Wildcard TDM400P telephony card.

Ubuntu tries to use kernel module netjet while the proper driver to use
is wctdm.

Trying to rmmod netjet produces the soft lockup

As a workaround: I added

  blacklist netjet

to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf So the module doesn't get loaded at
all
