Rather, there is a problem that occurs when older BEAST versions (anything below 0.7.1) and newer glib versions (anything which includes the new GSlice allocator) are used together. The stacktrace shows that this is the case. So in this configuration, you can expect BEAST to simply crash without any obvious reason from time to time.
