@ Ekin: As Oliver already pointed out, it's correct to close the bug as "Fix Released", when it is fixed in the current development version. That's how it works.
To get a fix into the current stable version of Ubuntu, we firstly need to know which part of the code is responsible for the fix. Unfortunately, in this case there is no real indication in the upstream bug which revision fixed the bug. The last comment is just that it is fixed in 2.29.92.0, but that doesn't give us a hint. Anyway, if we knew which revision fixes the problem, the fix would still have to be approved to be merge into the stable release. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates for more information about that. -- "save anyway" dialog shows up when backup turn off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/340862 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
