Hi serein. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to
make Ubuntu better. It seems the icon file for the Provided by Ubuntu
logo in the left pane of Software Center is missing (file name is
distributor-logo.png/svg).
Could you please let us know what theme you are currently running?
