Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

mich...@bivy:~/Music$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04

I'm asserting this is not a duplicate of #33991 because if "fix is
released" I'd expect the fix to be in Lucid.

But, once the system suspends it goes right back into suspend mode after
the screen displays.

Before the updates of this morning I could re-wake and the system would
come fully up. No longer. Now the cycle repeats continuously.
