Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
I executed 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' as noted in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LucidUpgrades/Kubuntu and rebooted, but got the same error when running 'update-notifier-kde -d' the second time.
