I am facing this issue in Firefox 3.6.3 x86_64 in Lucid. I just ran update manager and my system is supposed to be uptodate. I am attaching a screenshot of the issue (shutter comes into help). When I click on the video to play or click on the play button nothing happens. Let me know if you need any other details.
