@ seeed good band @seed 2nd time: you need to add the nouveau.noaccel=1 in the same line where quite splash is written. Sounds unbelievable that you got a pramin flush timeout with nouveau.noaccel=1 because then this option fails for you which is even worse than the bug discussed here
