I think I figure it out - I think it might have to do with OSS package I
install to get the sound back up because the ALSA and Pulse were not working
for my computer from 4front - something I have to research on from their
WIKI support page.

Subject: [Bug 557504] Re: Video Downloading and Capture on Firefox bug

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This bug did not have the correct package associated with
it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper
developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. I have re-classified this
bug as a bug in firefox.

Please run "apport-collect -p firefox 557504" (without the quotes) from
a terminal window to add the required logs to this bug report.

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport, either via the
appropriate application's "Help -> Report a Problem" menu or using
'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more
about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

** Package changed: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) => firefox (Ubuntu)
