When you reported that bug, did you have the microSD card inserted? Two storage devices were detected when you filed this bug. One seems to be just a drive without any media (/dev/sdc), the other (/dev/sdb) is an unpartitioned drive with an 8 GB FAT partition, UUID 0123-4567. I suspect that /dev/sdc is the SD card reader, which was empty? And /dev/sdb is the internal storage. It is recognized as a media player, but gvfs does not seem to mount it. Can you please plug it in, open a Terminal, and copy&paste the output of
udisks --mount /dev/sdb ? ** Changed in: gvfs (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- 10.04 Beta does not detect hotplugged Sansa Fuze https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/556790 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
