Hi at all,
same problem here. I use the network-manager-applet in gnome 2.28.1 to
manage my hidden network. It's a wpa-network with pre-shared key stored
via seahorse-*.

Furthermore I upgraded from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10. The version of nm-
applet in 9.04 worked fine for me. The issued occured after the upgrade.
I tried the following, but nothing worked, the problem is always the
same.
1) Recreate entry via network-manager-applet
2) Create a new entry using different encryption method
3) Choose a "visible" network out of the list (wpa + psk)
Maybe it's an authorisation problem together with seahorse-*? Is it
possible, that the applet is not allowed to request that information?
Best regards,
dennis
